You can book directly through our online form or by calling our clinic. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your appointment and send you any information you need to prepare.

No referral is required to book an appointment. However, if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates.

Your first session is about understanding your needs. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, and goals, then work with you to create a personalised care plan — which might include therapy, support services, or collaboration with your GP.

Yes. We offer sessions via secure video conferencing or phone calls, so you can access support wherever you are in Australia.
